Description
A quick and easy air fryer casserole with creamy cheese and sweet corn.
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix corn, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to an air fryer-safe baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter and breadcrumbs.
- Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture over the corn mixture.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh corn instead of canned for better texture.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve warm for best flavor.
