A quick and easy breakfast wrap made with air-fried sausage, eggs, and melted cheese, perfect for busy mornings.
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 4 breakfast sausage links
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the sausage links in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway, until fully cooked.
- While the sausages cook, scramble the eggs in a pan with butter, salt, and pepper.
- Warm the tortillas in the air fryer for 30 seconds.
- Slice the cooked sausages into small pieces.
- Assemble the wraps by placing scrambled eggs, sausage pieces, and shredded cheese on each tortilla.
- Fold the tortillas into wraps and return to the air fryer for 2-3 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Serve immediately.
