A delicious twist on classic lasagna, combining the flavors of chicken cordon bleu with the convenience of an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, diced ham, and 1 cup of Swiss cheese.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce at the bottom of an air fryer-safe baking dish.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles, half of the chicken-ham mixture, and another layer of Alfredo sauce.
- Repeat the layers, ending with a final layer of noodles and Alfredo sauce.
- Top with remaining Swiss cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Mix breadcrumbs, melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley, then sprinkle over the top.
- Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use pre-cooked chicken and ham for quicker preparation.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
