Description
Crispy and juicy chicken nuggets made easily in an air fryer. Perfect for a quick meal or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken piece in the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
- Lightly spray or brush with olive oil.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- For crispier nuggets, spray lightly with oil before air frying.
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
