Description
Crispy and juicy chicken nuggets made in the air fryer. Perfect for a quick snack or meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip chicken pieces into beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray the nuggets lightly with oil before air frying.
- You can use panko breadcrumbs for a crunchier texture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
