Easy and delicious air fryer chicken tacos perfect for a quick meal.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Rub chicken with olive oil and seasonings.
- Place chicken in air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove chicken and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Warm tortillas in air fryer for 1 minute.
- Assemble tacos with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, sour cream, and cheese.
