Description
Crispy air fryer chicken tetrazzini cups packed with flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 12 wonton wrappers
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Sauté mushrooms and onions in olive oil until soft.
- Mix chicken, cream, broth, cheeses, and seasonings in a bowl.
- Press wonton wrappers into muffin tin cups.
- Fill each cup with chicken mixture.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for easy prep.
- Swap mushrooms for bell peppers if preferred.
- Store leftovers in fridge for up to 3 days.
