Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Mix chickpea flour, water, olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Stir until a smooth batter forms.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the batter thinly on parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Cut into chip-sized pieces.
- Place the chips in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crispiness, cook a few minutes longer.
