Description
Crispy potato wedges topped with melted cheese and spicy chili, made easily in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup canned chili (or homemade)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt, paprika, and black pepper.
- Place wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Top wedges with chili and cheese.
- Cook for another 3-5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve immediately.

- Cut potatoes evenly for consistent cooking.
- Use preheated chili for best results.
