Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp lime zest
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss sweet potato slices with olive oil, chili powder, lime zest, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
