Description
Crispy, flavorful tortilla chips seasoned with chili and lime, made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 6 corn tortillas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp lime zest
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges.
- In a bowl, toss the tortilla wedges with olive oil, chili powder, lime zest, and salt.
- Arrange the wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5 minutes, flip the chips, and cook for another 3-5 minutes until crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Adjust chili powder to taste for more or less heat.
