Description

Crispy, flavorful tortilla chips seasoned with chili and lime, made easily in your air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 6 corn tortillas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp lime zest
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges.
  3. In a bowl, toss the tortilla wedges with olive oil, chili powder, lime zest, and salt.
  4. Arrange the wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 5 minutes, flip the chips, and cook for another 3-5 minutes until crispy.
  6. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
