Description
Juicy steak bites cooked in an air fryer and topped with fresh chimichurri sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss steak pieces with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- While steak cooks, mix parsley, oregano, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and red pepper flakes to make chimichurri.
- Remove steak from air fryer and let rest for 2 minutes.
- Toss steak bites with chimichurri sauce and serve.
Notes
- Use fresh herbs for the best chimichurri flavor.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for even cooking.
