Ingredients
- 2 large tortillas
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed
- 1/4 cup corn kernels
- 2 tbsp chipotle sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix chicken, black beans, corn, bell peppers, and chipotle sauce in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture evenly on tortillas.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Roll tortillas tightly and brush with olive oil.
- Place wraps in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Remove, slice, and serve.
