Ingredients
- 1 jar (2.5 oz) dried beef, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 4 slices bread, toasted
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add flour and stir until smooth.
- Gradually whisk in milk until the mixture thickens.
- Add chopped dried beef and black pepper. Stir well.
- Toast the bread in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Pour the beef mixture over the toasted bread and serve hot.
