Ingredients
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 lb chicken or turkey breast, cut into strips
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken strip into the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Lightly brush the air fryer basket with olive oil.
- Place the coated strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray the coated strips lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
- You can use pork or beef strips as an alternative.
