Description

A quick and healthy meal featuring tender fish fillets marinated in zesty cilantro-lime flavors, cooked in an air fryer, and served over a bed of rice and fresh veggies.


Ingredients

  • 4 white fish fillets (such as tilapia or cod)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • Lime wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place fish fillets in the marinade. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
