Description
Crispy and sweet cinnamon apple chips made in an air fryer. Perfect for a healthy Christmas snack.
Ingredients
- 2 medium apples (any variety)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and thinly slice the apples (about 1/8 inch thick).
- Toss the apple slices with cinnamon and sugar (if using).
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange the apple slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use a mandoline for even slices.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
