Description
A quick and easy breakfast treat made with bread, eggs, and cinnamon sugar, cooked in an air fryer for a crispy finish.
Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread, cubed
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Add bread cubes and mix until coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Toss coated bread cubes in cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Place bread cubes in greased muffin cups or silicone molds.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use stale bread for better texture.
- Adjust cinnamon sugar to taste.
- Serve with maple syrup or whipped cream.
