Description
Crispy and sweet cinnamon sugar sweet potato chips made in the air fryer for a healthier snack.
Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes (about 1 lb)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Peel and thinly slice the sweet potatoes.
- Toss the slices with olive oil until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the sweet potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- Toss the hot chips in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
