Description
A fresh and tangy cabbage salad made in the air fryer with citrus dressing.
Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 orange, peeled and segmented
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, toss shredded cabbage with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Air fry the cabbage for 5 minutes, shaking halfway.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice and honey.
- Transfer the cabbage to a serving bowl and mix in orange segments.
- Drizzle with the citrus dressing and garnish with cilantro.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add sliced almonds or sunflower seeds.
- Adjust honey to taste if you prefer a sweeter or tangier dressing.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
