Description
A classic 1970s-style lasagna made in an air fryer for a crispy, cheesy finish.
Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions, then drain.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
- Stir marinara sauce into the cooked beef.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Layer noodles, beef sauce, ricotta mixture, and shredded mozzarella in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use no-boil lasagna noodles for faster prep.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
