Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions, then drain.
  3. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
  4. Stir marinara sauce into the cooked beef.
  5. In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Layer noodles, beef sauce, ricotta mixture, and shredded mozzarella in an air fryer-safe dish.
  7. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  8. Air fry for 15-20 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
  9. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
