Description
Crispy homemade Cajun-spiced chips made easily in your air fryer. A perfect snack with a spicy kick.
Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Wash and slice potatoes into thin chips.
- Pat dry with a paper towel.
- Toss chips with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and salt.
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
- Cook chips in batches for 12-15 minutes until crispy.
- Shake the basket halfway through cooking.
Notes
- Use russet or Maris Piper potatoes for best results.
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
