Description
Crispy homemade salt and vinegar chips made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Toss potato slices with vinegar and olive oil.
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Sprinkle with salt while still warm.
