Description
These Air Fryer Drumsticks are coated in a sticky Cola BBQ sauce for a sweet and tangy flavor. The air fryer makes the skin crispy while keeping the meat juicy.
Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup cola
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Pat the drumsticks dry with paper towels.
- Mix cola, BBQ sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Coat the drumsticks with the sauce and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Brush with extra sauce and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Serve hot.
