Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Arrange wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle cheese and bacon over the wedges and air fry for 2 more minutes to melt.
- Top with green onions and serve with sour cream.
