Ingredients
- 2 green plantains
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Peel the plantains and slice them thinly.
- Toss the slices with olive oil, salt, and paprika.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the plantain slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
