Description
Crispy and protein-packed cottage cheese chips made in an air fryer. A healthy snack option.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cottage cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto parchment paper-lined air fryer tray.
- Flatten each mound into a thin circle.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use full-fat cottage cheese for best texture.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
