Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix cottage cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto parchment paper-lined air fryer tray.
  4. Flatten each mound into a thin circle.
  5. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Let cool before serving.
