Description
A quick and easy air fryer pizza bowl with cottage cheese and Margherita toppings.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4-5 fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix cottage cheese with garlic powder.
- Spread marinara sauce over the cottage cheese.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add fresh basil leaves and dried oregano.
- Place the bowl in the air fryer and cook for 8-10 minutes until cheese melts.
- Remove carefully, garnish with red pepper flakes if desired, and serve hot.
