Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 10 slices pepperoni
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix cottage cheese, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe bowl.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Arrange pepperoni slices over the cheese.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
- Optional: Sprinkle with red pepper flakes for extra heat.
