A quick and easy air fryer recipe for country fried pork bacon gravy. Perfect for breakfast or brunch.
Ingredients
- 4 slices pork bacon
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place bacon in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove bacon and chop into small pieces.
- In a saucepan, whisk flour into bacon drippings over medium heat.
- Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Stir in chopped bacon and serve hot.

- Use thick-cut bacon for better texture.
