Ingredients

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
  • 1/2 cup diced cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add milk, vegetable oil, and egg. Stir until combined.
  4. Fold in creamed corn, bacon, cheese, and jalapeños.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish that fits in your air fryer.
  6. Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
