Description

Crispy and creamy Air Fryer Crab Rangoon, also known as Cream Cheese Wontons, are a delicious appetizer or snack. These golden pockets are filled with a savory mixture of cream cheese, crab meat, and seasonings, then air-fried to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup imitation crab meat, finely chopped
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp soy sauce
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • Water (for sealing wontons)
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce until well combined.
  2. Place 1 tsp of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold into a triangle and press to seal.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (187°C).
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Arrange the wontons in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
  7. Lightly spray the wontons with cooking spray.
  8. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Serve immediately with sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce.
