Description

Crispy crab rangoon made in an air fryer with cream cheese filling.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup crab meat, finely chopped
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp soy sauce
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1 tbsp water (for sealing)
  • Oil spray (for air frying)


Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, crab, green onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce in a bowl.
  2. Place 1 tsp filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Wet edges with water and fold into triangles, pressing to seal.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
  5. Lightly spray wontons with oil and air fry for 6-8 minutes until golden.
  6. Flip halfway for even cooking.
  7. Serve hot with sweet chili sauce.
