Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 squares.
- Place a brie cube and 1/2 tsp cranberry sauce in each square.
- Fold pastry over filling and seal edges with a fork.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle thyme if using.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.

- Use cold puff pastry for easier handling.
