Description
A quick and easy side dish with sweet and tangy flavors. Air fryer cranberry-orange glazed carrots are perfect for holidays or weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Mix cranberry sauce, orange juice, and honey in a bowl.
- Pour glaze over carrots and air fry for 3 more minutes.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen cranberry sauce.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For extra zest, add orange zest to the glaze.
