Description
A quick and easy creamy broccoli cheddar soup made in the air fryer. Perfect for a warm, comforting meal.
Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, melt butter and sauté onions and garlic until soft.
- Add flour and stir to make a roux.
- Pour in broth and heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
- Add broccoli florets and cook until tender.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot.
