A creamy and flavorful bruschetta dip made easily in your air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
- Fold in diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish that fits in your air fryer.
- Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden.
- Serve warm with toasted bread or crackers.
Notes
- Use fresh basil for the best flavor.
- Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
- For extra heat, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
