Description
A creamy and spicy pasta bake made with shrimp and Cajun seasoning, cooked quickly in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
- Toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning and olive oil.
- Air fry shrimp for 4-5 minutes until pink and cooked through.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Combine cooked pasta, shrimp, and cream sauce in an air fryer-safe dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.
- Garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste.
- Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
