A comforting and creamy chicken and potato bowl made in the air fryer for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Air fry the potatoes for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
  4. Add the chicken breasts to the air fryer basket with the potatoes. Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Remove the chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice into strips.
  6. Pour the heavy cream over the potatoes in the air fryer. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and thyme.
  7. Air fry for another 3 minutes until creamy and bubbly.
  8. Serve the creamy potatoes with sliced chicken on top.
