A comforting and creamy chicken and potato bowl made in the air fryer for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Air fry the potatoes for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Add the chicken breasts to the air fryer basket with the potatoes. Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove the chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice into strips.
- Pour the heavy cream over the potatoes in the air fryer. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and thyme.
- Air fry for another 3 minutes until creamy and bubbly.
- Serve the creamy potatoes with sliced chicken on top.

- Use sweet potatoes for a variation.
- Add steamed vegetables like broccoli for extra nutrition.
