Description
Crispy drumsticks with a creamy Dijon and herb coating, cooked to perfection in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Pat drumsticks dry with paper towels.
- Mix Dijon mustard, heavy cream, thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Coat drumsticks evenly with the mixture.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Arrange drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Check internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, spray drumsticks lightly with oil before cooking.
- If needed, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.
- Let drumsticks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
