Description
Crispy and flavorful Creole garlic butter wings made in the air fryer for a healthier twist.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Creole seasoning
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Creole seasoning, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
- Coat the wings evenly with the butter mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flip, then cook for another 10-12 minutes until crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, let the wings sit uncovered in the fridge for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust spice levels by reducing or increasing Creole seasoning.
