Description
A quick and easy breakfast wrap made crispy in the air fryer. Packed with bacon, egg, and cheese for a satisfying start to your day.
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 2 strips of bacon
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1 teaspoon butter or cooking spray
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain and crumble.
- Scramble eggs in the same skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
- Lay tortilla flat. Layer scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, and cheese in the center.
- Fold sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly into a burrito.
- Brush or spray the outside of the wrap lightly with butter or cooking spray.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately.

- Use pre-cooked bacon for quicker prep.
- Add hot sauce or salsa for extra flavor.
- Wrap tightly to prevent filling from spilling.
