Description

A quick and easy breakfast wrap made crispy in the air fryer. Packed with bacon, egg, and cheese for a satisfying start to your day.


Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 strips of bacon
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1 teaspoon butter or cooking spray
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain and crumble.
  2. Scramble eggs in the same skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Lay tortilla flat. Layer scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, and cheese in the center.
  4. Fold sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly into a burrito.
  5. Brush or spray the outside of the wrap lightly with butter or cooking spray.
  6. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve immediately.
