Description
Crispy carrot and potato balls made in an air fryer for a healthier snack or side dish.
Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and grated
- 1 large carrot, peeled and grated
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Squeeze excess moisture from grated potatoes and carrots.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Place the balls in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dip.
Notes
- Use a clean kitchen towel to remove moisture from the grated vegetables.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crispiness, spray lightly with oil before air frying.
