Description
Crispy chicken thighs with potatoes cooked in an air fryer for a quick and healthy meal.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 large potatoes, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Add the chicken thighs to the air fryer basket with the potatoes.
- Cook for another 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until the chicken is crispy and cooked through.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Make sure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Adjust cooking time if using larger or smaller chicken thighs.
- Shake the basket occasionally for even cooking.
