Description
Crispy chickpeas made in an air fryer with chili powder and lime for a flavorful, healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 lime, juiced
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel.
- Toss chickpeas with olive oil, chili powder, salt, and garlic powder.
- Spread chickpeas in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Remove from air fryer and drizzle with lime juice.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Adjust chili powder to taste for more or less heat.
- For extra crispiness, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
