Description
A quick and easy dish combining crispy chorizo and perfectly spiced potatoes made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 200g chorizo, sliced
- 500g potatoes, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the sliced chorizo to the basket and cook for another 8 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Check for crispiness and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- For extra crispiness, spray potatoes lightly with oil before cooking.
