Description
Crispy dumplings or potstickers made in an air fryer for a healthier version with less oil.
Ingredients
- 20 frozen or fresh dumplings
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss dumplings with vegetable oil to coat lightly.
- Place dumplings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Add water and cook another 2 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.

- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust cooking time if using fresh dumplings.
