Description
Crispy and delicious dumplings or wontons made easily in an air fryer. Perfect as a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- 20 dumpling or wonton wrappers
- 1 cup ground pork or chicken
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp water (for sealing wrappers)
- 1 tbsp cooking oil (for brushing)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground pork, cabbage, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each wrapper.
- Dip your finger in water and moisten the edges of the wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper over the filling and press to seal, creating a half-moon shape.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly brush the dumplings with oil.
- Place dumplings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer to ensure even cooking.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- For extra crispiness, spray a little more oil before air frying.
