Description

Crispy and delicious dumplings or wontons made easily in an air fryer. Perfect as a snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 20 dumpling or wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup ground pork or chicken
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp water (for sealing wrappers)
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil (for brushing)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground pork, cabbage, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each wrapper.
  3. Dip your finger in water and moisten the edges of the wrapper.
  4. Fold the wrapper over the filling and press to seal, creating a half-moon shape.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Lightly brush the dumplings with oil.
  7. Place dumplings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them.
  8. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  9. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
