Description
Crispy parmesan potatoes made in the air fryer for a quick and tasty side dish.
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil.
- Mix parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
- Coat the potatoes evenly with the parmesan mixture.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Check for crispiness and cook for 2-3 more minutes if needed.
- Serve hot.
