Description
Crispy zucchini fries made in an air fryer with a parmesan crust.
Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Cut zucchini into fry-shaped sticks.
- Mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
- Dip zucchini sticks in egg, then coat with parmesan mixture.
- Place coated zucchini in the air fryer basket.
- Lightly spray or brush with olive oil.
- Air fry at 400°F for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Pat zucchini dry before coating for crispier results.
- Flip fries halfway through cooking.
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
